Privacy Policy — Le Mirage Asistent

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Le Mirage Estetik Centar (“we”, “us”), a medical-aesthetic clinic based in Novi Sad, Serbia, handles information in connection with the Le Mirage Asistent application (the “App”), which we use to respond to messages sent to our own Instagram account @le.miragee.

The App is developed and operated on our behalf by the software business 63 Solutions (Danilo Šekara PR, reg. no. 67275357, Serbia), which acts as our data processor and does not use the data for any other purpose.

1. Who this applies to

The App is used solely by us to manage conversations on our own business Instagram account. It responds to people who choose to send us a direct message on Instagram. We do not sell or distribute this App to third parties.

2. What information we process

• Your Instagram-scoped user ID and username, when you message us.
• The content of the messages you send to us and our replies.
• Details you voluntarily provide to book an appointment (e.g. name, phone number, requested treatment, preferred time).

We do not collect payment card data, government IDs, or medical records through the App. Any clinical/health information is handled separately in our internal patient record with your explicit consent.

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions about our services, prices and working hours.
• To offer and schedule appointments (including a free 15-minute consultation).
• To keep a record of the conversation for quality, continuity and legal/medical accountability.

4. Automated assistant (AI)

Replies may be drafted or sent by an AI assistant. To generate a reply, the text of your message and our published price list / FAQ are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude API), which processes it to produce a response and does not use it to train its models. Sensitive topics (allergies, pregnancy, medication, or photos of a condition) are always referred to our doctor rather than answered automatically.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that make the App work: Meta / Instagram (message delivery) and Anthropic (reply generation), each under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep conversation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may stop messaging us at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
